Choosing a route

At peak times, check connection consistency first

Video buffering, page loads, and long-lived connections place different demands on a route. When choosing one during peak hours, look beyond a single result in the connection list. Check whether your apps keep working over time, then decide whether to switch regions or route types.

  • Test the websites you use during your usual online hours. Judge performance by playback, loading, and reconnection, rather than treating a single test as representative of the whole experience.

  • If you experience slowdowns, keep the region and try a different route type, then compare other regions. Change one factor at a time to make issues easier to pinpoint.

Preview of regions and route types

Start with what you want to access, then compare routes. Nearby regions can be a useful starting point, but your local carrier, international routing, and the location of the destination service all affect performance. For streaming, first check the target catalog. For work apps, focus on whether sign-in and ongoing connections work, rather than frequently changing your exit region.

Route names describe the connection path

IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes describe different ways of organizing a connection; they are not a universal ranking of app availability. The right route depends on the target region, app requirements, and local network conditions. When comparing routes for the same destination, test in similar conditions rather than comparing results from different times of day.

Keep your choices easy to review

If webpages load normally but video stutters, check playback quality and your local network first. If only one app has trouble, check whether it uses the system connection settings. After switching routes, reopen the service and confirm the region and sign-in status. If you need help, note the platform, selected region, and error message—there's no need to share subscription details publicly.

Status information is provided as a guide when choosing routes. Actual performance depends on your current network and the app you're using.

Popular platform clients

Get clients and manage subscriptions from the user dashboard. Sign in to retrieve your subscription; the dashboard provides platform-specific download instructions and access details.

From subscription setup to connection check

For your first setup, sign in to the dashboard with your username and password, check your current plan, then open the client section. Follow the instructions for your platform to install the app and import your subscription. Once the region list loads, choose a route. If your system asks you to authorize a network connection, check the source and purpose before continuing. You don't need to keep copying an imported subscription between apps.

Once connected, open the website or app you actually want to use and check that pages load, sign-in works, and content is accessible. A connected status in the client alone doesn't confirm that every app uses the same route. If a tool still doesn't work, check its network settings before changing routes to keep troubleshooting clear.

Choose a planfor your data needs

Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Estimate your typical data use, then pick a plan with enough headroom. Check the full pricing page for plan prices, data allowances, and billing terms.

For lighter use

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

A good fit for browsing, research, and everyday communication. If you also watch video, keep an eye on your remaining data based on your actual resolution and viewing habits.

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18/month

A useful starting point if you plan to use the service for work and streaming. The right fit depends on how often you use it, not on the number of devices alone.

For higher data use

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28/month

For usage patterns that call for more data headroom. Long streaming sessions and large file transfers use more data, so check your dashboard usage stats regularly.

Monthly plans vs. data packs

Monthly plans suit ongoing use. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not necessarily on the first day of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check your current plan and the changes in the dashboard before deciding whether to upgrade.

Data packs remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They can suit budgets planned around cumulative data use. Compare both the available data and your usage pattern; don't treat different billing models as discounted prices for the same period.

Payments and protection

Check the details before you start

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. A 30-day refund policy is available. Before paying, check the plan name, amount, and billing method in your order. After payment, confirm your plan status in the user dashboard, then retrieve your subscription and import it into your client.

If you've paid but your status hasn't updated, check the order and payment result first; there's no need to repeat the payment. For help, submit a ticket through the dashboard with the relevant order details and a description of what happened. See the Terms of Service for full refund information. Plan details are listed on the pricing page and in the dashboard.

Plan tiers are guidance for different use cases, not a guarantee of a fixed usage duration or data allowance for a specific video quality.

Recentusage guides

Break down questions from terminology to practical setup. Before choosing a plan, learn what to check about routes and support. Once you start, find instructions for your device and apps. Guides explain procedures and troubleshooting; account requirements for third-party platforms are set by those platforms.

If your main use is AI coding, accessing a website is only the first step. IDE plugins, command-line tools, and API calls may use different connection methods. Troubleshoot server messages, account permissions, and local settings separately. For these use cases, the AI access guide offers a more complete checklist. If you're interested in streaming, see the streaming guide for how region, account, and playback can interact.
